By using SiteLens, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

SiteLens is a fully local app that provides AI-assisted site inspection tools, photo analysis, findings organization, and report generation for professional field use.

All inspection data is stored and processed on your device. SiteLens does not sync your project data to external servers.

AI-generated findings, descriptions, and measurements may not always be fully accurate or complete.

Users are responsible for reviewing all inspection data, photos, and reports before submission. SiteLens is a productivity tool and does not replace qualified engineering judgment, licensed inspections, or formal compliance sign-off.

You agree to use SiteLens only for lawful professional inspection and reporting purposes, and not to use the app in any way that violates applicable laws or the rights of others.

Paid plans and promotional pricing are subject to the rates shown at the time of purchase and may change with notice. Subscriptions are managed through RevenueCat and billed through Apple App Store or Google Play services, where applicable. Refunds and billing inquiries are subject to the policies of the respective app store.

You retain ownership of your project data. SiteLens and its software, branding, and documentation remain the property of SiteLens or its licensors.

You are responsible for backing up your device and exported reports. Because data is stored locally, loss of device access or app data may result in permanent loss of project information unless you have exported or backed up your files.

SiteLens is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SiteLens is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on AI-generated outputs.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of SiteLens after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
